A large amount of petitions have been received from citizens of another country. Such as China. We've also had a large amount of signatures on our petitions from other areas outside the US, for example the petition to outlaw insulting the prophets of major religions. We have the right to Petition OUR Government to take action. These people hold no property, nor allegiance to the US. Why should they have a stake in OUR freedom? They create petitions which clog the system, they sign petitions which they shouldn't sign. The Bill of Rights guarantees the right to petition for AMERICAN citizens. You wouldn't let them vote, why should you let them petition?
