The Phillipines government is actively killing innocent people. They have already killed over 3000 people without justice and without a trial. They are using death squads to intimidate their citizens and cause them to target each other in an attempt to keep the target off their own back. This is Nazi Germany all over again and I do not want my tax dollars being spent to send innocent people to their death. It is one of the most important human rights; right to life. It's time the US government stops enabling this dictator by sending them our tax dollars in the form of aid. We ask that congress passes legislation which puts a sanction on the Phillipines that stipulates as long as Duterte is in office they will receive no aid dollars from us.
