Cut all federal department budgets by 10%

All families are currently forced to reduce spending because of ecomonic conditions brought on by excessive spending by the federal government, this included entitlements, foreign spending, federal wages out of line with the private sector, unnecesary federal programs and waste. The government needs to apply lean manufacturing priciples of process improvement, identifing and eliminating waste, and fiscal responsibility.
By forcing an across the board 10% reduction in budgets, the government would have to look hard at bugdets, practices and implement changes and reform.
