Federal funding is motivating State run Family Courts to lie cheat, steal and abduct children from their family's by means of false witness through Child Protective service case workers and social workers as well as child support agency's such as Friend of the Court. If Federal Funding is stopped they would no longer have a motive for their abuse and their lie's.
