Cut all federal politicians pay by 30%, make them work 48 weeks per year

We would like to take away the ability from Federal Politicians, to give themselves raises. This should be done on a 'merit' scale andrun by 'elected' auditors.
We would also like to make it a requirement for all fedral politicians to work, in Washington, for at least 48 weeks, at 40 hrs per week.
