Cut off all federal, tax-payer paid funding to countries that have anti-American policies or do harm to American assets.

Mr. President, we the signed petitioners ask that you and Congress cut off all funding to countries that have anti-American polices, both trade and political, or that promote or allow violence toward American assets and/or our citizens, both foreign and domestic.
