Cut all foreign aid and educational financial aid for foreigners until the US deficit is eliminated and a surplus exists

Invest in America! Its shameful that teachers in military schools are being furloughed and children are losing class time while the USA is handing out educational and other aid to foreigners. We are reducing military readiness and putting many American Government employees out of work while funding education and infrastructure for others. Shameful! Please join the cause and stop the madness!
