The time has come to realize that the U. S. cannot afford to keep squandering BILLIONS every year sending "aid" to foreign countries. Much of this money is pocketed by unscrupulous leaders anyway! Let the charitible organizations help the needy and let the others fend for themselves. It just isn't right to make the American taxpayer support foreign countries while they are suffering through a recession here at home. It is time for all Americans to start thinking about America - POLITICIANS TOO! Every dollar we give away now costs us 50 cents in BORROWED money - just how long do you think this can go on? In addition to squandering away billions of TAX dollars for foreign aid payments, our Government is BORROWING an equal amount and giving THAT away as well! What about us Americans?
