cut all foreign aid spend it here. no more payroll for congress when retired or voted out.

stop members of congress from drawing lifetime benefits from the taxpayer. cut foreign aid down to nothing apply that money to the budget. i really think that 8.5 million a day is just to much we are funding a war that's pointless!
