Cut all foreign aid until our debt crises is resolved if other countries need military aid have them pay for our troops

All foreign aid to be terminated for all countries until the national debt crisis has been resolved . Full funding for social security , the exception of food aid to Africa if other countries need military assistance from the USA they should pay the us government for that aid. Title 8 funding should be stopped for individuals after a period of 5 years at which time a review of that persons edgitablity should be done.
