Cut all ties with Mexico until they secure their border with the US.

Congress and the Whitehouse have falled to secure the border and now it is time to put the problem where it belongs. Mexico should build the fence as it would be a boon to their economy. Until it is finished stop all trade,aid and pull the Embassy
