cut off all US aid in any and all forms to any and all countries involved in overt acts of terrorism against US citizens

In the interest of the US economy and safety of its citizens, stop all foreign aid funding to countries guilty of housing terrorists. Immediately freeze foreign-held assets in the US of any organization with ties to terrorists. Immediately repeal and terminate any funds earmarked for foreign entities known to have associations with al Qaeda, Abu Nidal, Abu Sayyaf Group, GIA, DFLP, Hamas, Harakat ul-Ansar, Hizballah, Jamaat ul-Fuqra, al-Jihad, Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization, The Palestine Islamic Jihad, PLO, PFLP, and Muslim Brotherhood. Discontinue diplomatic ties and trade with any and all countries in which these identified terrorist organizations exist.
