Cut the carbon emissions by at lest 30% below 1990 levels within 5 years.

We strongly believe that having a good climate is a basic human right. Based on the scientific evidence it is clear that this basic right is in great danger. We are running out of time & a serious action is needed urgently. We have a deep respect for the actions taken by Obama Administration. However, we strongly believe that we need even more aggressive plans to address the issues.
