Cut college funding to students who continue to fail and withdraw from classes time and time again.

I believe that college students use and waste their money. I'm in college now about to go on to graduate school. I have seen more than hundreds of students withdraw from classes because they did not take it seriously. In which this kept other students from being able to sign up for classes who seriously needed it. I have also seen students who continue to fail classes because they partied and were not responsible. Also then they drop out of college and do not pursue a career. Students should all have the right to go to school but they should be cut from funding if they fail so many classes. There are policies in which some schools already do this but I believe it needs to be watched better. Students who work hard and do well should have more doors open for them.
