Dear President Obama, we the people wish you to cut all connections of Law Enforcement fusion centers with information sharing of local community watch groups
Restrict & limit the duration and use of BOLOs to a period of 1 year, & after expiration inform the citizen in question of said BOLOs existence.
The violations of data collection has caused, abuse of citizens to be used as character & political assignations (Reference: Scott Crow), this serves religious & political organization to commit organized harassment.
Public dissemination of private citizens personal information and speculations of law enforcement has been abused and used less for informing the public for public welfare & safety issues, & has allowed organized vigilante groups to act with malice against targeted citizens
