As the country's economy sinks lower into debt, I find it hard- no... Impossible to justify the enormous amounts of (welfare) money being paid to a group of people who will not do their jobs, hold the government works hostage, and cry about the 'poor', whom they swore to uphold equally. Since times are so tough, Why should they be making in the neighborhood of $200,000 a year per head, and have side benefits and medical care when they barely, if at all work?
Time to trim the pork fat. I petition for an income cut of no less than 45%, up to 70%. It's time for these 'representatives' to give back till it hurts, and stop taking till it hurts everyone else.
