Cut Congress and president pay to minimum wage if no budget gets passed

Normaly when a budget gets passed, people on ss and medicare suffer. How ever congress and the president dont really feel the consequences. Since its been quite a while since congress has passed a reasonable budget that includes paying off our debt. We the people need to give the president and congress a little motivation to get one passed. If a budget is not passed, congress will only be paid by the hour at minimum wage and only when in session as well as forfiet their benefits. The president will also face a cut to minimum wage and his benefits.
