We the people hereby request a cut in congressional and presidential pay to minimum wage. Remove the ability for congress to raise it's own pay, and require a majority vote of registered voters for changes in pay for senators and representatives. All members of congress will be subject to all laws and regulations that are applied to citizens of the nation. Any donation to a congressional or presidential candidate or party affecting said candidate will be considered income and taxed at the highest applicable rate.
