Cut Congress pay during Government Shutdowns or if the credit rating of the USA decreases while they are in office.

Every minute that the government is shut down EVERY member of congress loses one hour of pay, every day one week of pay. If a shut down last one second longer than one week, they lose their pension. Congress needs to feel the pain of a shut down the same way the American Public does.

If the credit rating of the United States decreases EVERY member of congress loses 10% of their yearly pay.

Congress needs to be held accountable.
