Cut Congress pay or stop it until a budget agreement is made! NOT TAKE IT FROM AMERICANS WHO NEED IT!

Veterans who receive a monthly income an/or SSDI recipients should not have to suffer for the inadequacy for Congress members, who have had more days off in 2013 than most Americans who earn less. Instead of withholding the checks of Veteran and disability recipients, we need to not pay CONGRESS until they make PROGRESS! This 'hold on checks' will affect the disabled veterans who fought AMERICA'S battles and lost large parts of themselves, as well as the elderly who are unable to provide for themselves! This does not effect Congress; they are all still going to receive their OVERPAID salaries, so what does it matter to them if WE THE PEOPLE get paid or not? It doesn't! We need to stop this and make them do what they are paid to do!
