Cut Congress pay when they go a period of time without passing bills that benefit the United States economy.

Congress should receive a pay cut when they do not vote on bills that have an impact on the United States economy. Congress should not be renaming buildings, and disbanding groups when there is a deficit and economy to focus on. They are paid too much for the days they are in session getting close to nothing accomplished. The people who voted them into office are now barely making it day to day, if at all.
