Cut Congress Spending and Paychecks rather than Military Spending and Personal Paychecks.

Created by M.A. on March 05, 2014

According the 2011 Budget Control Act a budget is needed, Congress wants to take away from the Military. According to goarmy.com what an average Military Personal salary would be after being enlisted for 6 YEARS as Active Duty as an Army Private: $20,602.80, Army Major: $69,987.60. Congress Men and Women make an average as Senate Leadership: Majority Party Leader: $193,400, Minority Party Leader - $193,400, House Leadership: Speaker of the House $223,500, Majority Leader $193,400, Minority Leader $193,400, along with Government funded meals with cost well beyond the means of our budget. Cutting the funding from Congress would be way more beneficial for this Country than cutting from our Military.
