Cut congressional and presidential salary

This is a measure to hold each member of congress and the president personal accountable for the failures of the government. This nation has seen a series of 'fiscal cliffs' because no compromise could be reached on a budget and when we decided we could have no more cliffs, we careened off the cliff and later shut down the government. All we see in the media is our elected officials finger pointing and taking no responsibility. Critical measures like immigration reform are stalled with no end in sight and debt piling up.
