Cut the congressional wage to the wage of the enlisted soldier and no payment for Congress or you during budget problems

There is absolutely no reason that you, the richest of the rich, should continue to get paid while the poorest of the poor who are fighting to keep you safe should get paid so horribly while Congress keeps getting rich. Congress should not be allowed to vote to give themselves, or the President, a raise and should not be paid when on vacation (unless it is a working vacation overseas for a state department reason) or when there is a budget stalemate. Let's not cut the pork - let's cut the fat - the politicians and raise the pay of the soldier who protects you and your rich allies in your protected circle.
