We have gone too long with our Congress being a dysfunctional government body. However, they keep giving themselves a raise. This should not be allowed. Especially when their performance as of late is lack luster at best.
They keep cutting benefits to the rest of America like unemployment and medicare. It is time they realize, they work for us. We are their bosses, and we will decide whether they have done a good job and deserve a raise, not them.
