We the people feel that Congress is using up our tax dollars as though it's a lavish resource that grows on trees. We're tired of them giving themselves pay raises they don't need, tired of them getting all these nice retirement benefits that the majority of honest hard working Americans don't get, and we're tired of watching them get paid to bicker and be counter-productive. Cut Congress's Individual salary down to $48,000 USD a year. Do not give them retirement benefits after their terms are over; make them get private sector health insurance.
Until Congress squares itself away and learns to stop screwing over the rest of the American people, they should get their pay frozen, and have all their assets suspended until they can learn what the concept of "teamwork" is.
