Hong Kong is ranked first on the scale of economic freedom, and it has a corporate tax rate of 16.5% Singapore is ranked second, and it has a corporate tax rate of 17 percent. Since this president has taken office, the United States' score on economic freedom has dropped by about four points. Currently, our corporate tax rate is 35%, and is one of the highest in the world. Cut the corporate tax rate to 35%. When the government puts high taxes on corporations, inflation goes up in an effort to increase revenue.
