Cut the Defense budget 50% or more and direct prior Defense funds into educational services throughout the country.

The United States spends more money on defense than the next 10 countries on the list combined. Meanwhile, schools are literally falling apart, children are learning with outdated material, and we are seeing more and more high school dropouts every year. It is time we invest in ourselves rather than our interests abroad.
