Defense spending should be cut in order to provide funding for other necessary programs for the people of the United States of America. Taxes are at present too high for many people. In addition we are losing too many Armed Service Personnel in countries that have no significant bearing on our own. Lastly, we need to fund essential social service programs that are currently be eliminated.
