Cut from the Department of Corrections, enforce harsher conditions on prisoners ex. their food and television funding

Alot of times prisoners want to go back due to the current conditions they live in they are way overfunded. Healthcare benefits for them should be severe injury or life or death situations not every day health care. We should cut their food funding as well they are wined and dined in most prisons. Cutting from prisoners availability to watch tv this should at least be reserved to low security prisions maximum security and medium should have little to no availability to outside television/media.
