We need better laws and more enforcement on the current ones in order to cut down on prostitution in Texas, more specifically in the Houston area. This is going on in "massage" parlors, beauty salons, etc. These people are spreading disease and causing harm to innocent people who have no idea what's going on. This is a public concern due to the health issues involved, not to mention a wide open door for human trafficking and abuse on under aged foreigners. In the end, we all suffer for what these people are doing, directly or indirectly. Help stop the spread of STIs and the illegal money making because I doubt they fill out a W-2 form at the end of the year.
