cut down the tuition of studying abroad

Many international students, including me, are really willing to sacrifice their youth and engery for the US, but nowadays the tuition of studying abroad is so expensive that only rich people can afford. Many of these students were born in ordinary families and the school fees undoubtedly become a big burden for the their parents or themselves, so they have to give up all thought of studying abroad at last which seriously impedes the developments of both individuals and country. Hence, I appeal to the AMERICAN GOVERNMENT to cut the tuition or expand the number of fellowship, which could help train thousands of youny scientists working for the US in the coming future.
