Cut every budget for every program, department, commission, and entitlement in America by 2%. Add up those dollars!!!!!!

Please reduce every program, department, entitlement etc in the federal budget by 2%. Cuts this small would be felt very little, but that is a huge sum of money over the course of a couple of years.
