1. The people of several states of our great nation have petitioned the White House to allow for their secession.
2. Our nation faces a "Fiscal Cliff" if we do not reduce government spending and/or increase revenue.
Therefore, should the people of these states wish to opt out of the United States of America and the benefits of membership therein, we the undersigned propose eliminating federal spending in the "seceding states."
