The US Budget that provide US citizens assistance for environment, health, food, education, energy development, ect. should not be cut from the Budget when Billions of the US citizen taxes go towards Foreign Country's aid that provides assistance towards environment, health, food, education, energy development, ect. We need to take care of our US citizens first, before we give our taxes to Foreign countries.. We need to cut Foreign aid first, before we cut US citizens assistance and degrade the US quality of life. These taxes are paid by US citizens and should go used for US citizens. Feeding Foreign country's citizens while our US citizens are starving makes us look foolish.
