Cut foreign aid to countries that are run by dictators and all wasteful spending here

Cut money spend on pork projects and money sent to dictator run foreign countries need to be cut before cutting anything from the American people or raising any taxes. This should be done until our debt is gone. Quit spending money we don't have.
