Cut Foreign Aid

Created by J.B. on February 25, 2013

The United States finds itself in financial circumstances where federal and state employees are facing siginificant reductions in pay and benefits through no fault of their own.

It is fundamentally wrong to require American citizens to suffer financial burdens, caused by the abysmal performance of elected public servants, while sending American tax dollars to foreign countries in the form of cash or other forms of assistance.

We therefore petition that all foreign aid be reduced by a minumum of 80%, and that no new assistance programs be considered until our economy recovers where the unemployment rate in the United States is less than 7% for a minimum of 12 months.
