Cut the funding for "Global Warming"

As time moves on, the climate is clearly changing. But not in the way they make it seem. No matter what, the temperature will always have its lows and highs. The funding for the climate change and "Global Warming" projects is too much when it could be used for research in other fields such as medicine or education. The government should not come to such an extreme conclusion after such a small amount of time.
