Cut off funding of the War On Drugs, repeal minimum sentence mandates.

Created by R.D. on December 04, 2012

Cut funding to the War On Drugs to save taxpayers approximately 80 billion per year. Reduce prison overcrowding and creation of a permanent underclass of victim-less offenders by repeal of federal sentencing mandates. Reduce violent crimes by preventing the conversion of victim-less non-violent offenders to violent offenders.
Repeal the controlled substances act because it violates the free exercise clause of the first amendment, and enforcement thereof violates fifth and fourteenth amendments by effectively removing intent as a factor of due process.
