Congress has decided that in order to secure the safety of Americans everyone walking the streets has the right to be armed, regardless of prior criminal activity, mental defects, or existing orders of protection. In order to protect American citizens visiting the U.S. Capitol building or Congressional Office buildings, we request that the Obama Administration remove weapons screening facilities from the entrances to those buildings and reverse rules prohibiting weapons in those buildings.
By enforcing rules that prohibit weapons from the U.S. Capitol and Congressional Office buildings, the Obama Administration is ensuring that only criminals are armed within those buildings.
