We the undersigned wish to reduce unemployment via the following 'Cut & Gamify' plan:
CUT - If CEOs would return a portion of their salary to their own company for hiring and training at various levels:
1) A tax cut would be offered to CEOs based how much money was returned specifically for job creation.
2) Companies would be giving a tax cut based on how many of the top paid employees (million -billion dollar salary) gave back a portion of their salary for job creation and how much.
GAMIFY - The numbers on companies whose CEOs returned a portion of their salary would be made public on a type of leaderbeard seperated industry and would include achievements/badges. The badges could also be added to product labels if companies so desired to show they are creating jobs.
