Cut government pensions and benefit packages to be within average private employer packages.

Created by C.L. on June 11, 2013

Private employers generate jobs, sustainable economic growth, and rely on employing talented and bright individuals. Government jobs are funded by taxpayer dollars and create no job growth. Even worse is that government pensions, medical insurance, and other benefits are FAR out of whack compared to what the private sector offers.

We propose that you start with senators and congress by paying for only 75% of the employees health care cost and only when they are employed, 0% for dependents.

The government pensions and salaries should also be bench marked by a professional non biased firm and reset to normalcy. Based on experience, expertise, education, and tenure.

Government employees are out of touch with the needs of Americans because they are provided unmatched benefits.
