We the people need to petition to downsize the number of representatives, congressmen, and senators we have to and maximum of 2 for each state. I believe this would eliminate an enormous payroll and government funds being wasted. I also believe this would cut down on the time it takes to make decisions. If we force the government to do this, then maybe they would not raise taxes or cut medicare and social security on people that actually deserve it.
