cut the H1B program and help Americans get IT jobs.

Created on April 02, 2016

Evidence of H1B abuse exists for those with open eyes. It is not just Disney; it is everywhere.

Companies do not tell the truth when they claim inability to find skilled American labor; companies simply prefer the comfort of a scared/quiet/cheap labor force.

H1B workers work for less money and will generally do anything to avoid being sent home early from their assignment. This is indentured servitude and it hurts many. Nonetheless, the injuries to the families of American workers are in most need of redress for the simple reason that they are American.
