Cut the Massive and useless military spending budget by half, at least, to focus on more vital things like education.

Our Military Spending budget is massive, and entirely useless. Do not believe the myths that cutting Military spending budgets would lead to national security risks. No it would not. Our nation should focus upon vital things such as education, and increase funding to educative purposes. America is not great any more. But it still can be.
