Cut military funding & increase NASA funding.

Space exploration isn't something that we spend billions of dollars with no return as some short sighted people have said. Space exploration is key to many technologies we have today and is one of the reason we were ahead of so many countries at one point. A increase to NASA funding would produce more scientists, education, technologies and understand to our world that outweigh our global policing of the world.
