We the people of the United States, do decree, that it is time to cut our military down. Statistics have proven that if we cut our military spending by 85%, then we would still be the strongest military power in the world.
Should this petition be signed, 60% of the money saved from the cuts MUST go towards Education and Science funding. The rest may go anywhere else but Military spending.
In order to form a more perfect union, we must invest in our future, and that future begins with Educational and Scientific reform.
