How many Americans have to die in order for us to maintain traditional warfare tactics? We have Artificial Intelligence devices, U.A.V.'s (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) for example, and we have the potential to make many more types. However, we put the majority of the military budget into troop deployment and equipment, leaving insufficient funds for world-leading, domestically created technology. Divert the military budget so that one day at least 90% of the budget will go to advanced technology and weaponry.
