Cut out the Tax break businesses receive for hiring people convicted of a crime.

It has been brought to my attention that companies can receive a tax break for hiring ex-cons. Many people looking for work with no criminal history are at a disadvantage when applying for a job because they have obeyed the rules and been a responsible member of society. The only thing employers care about is the bottom line so they hire the convict every time. This tax break needs to be eliminated to help honest, law abiding citizens have the same opportunities as everyone else.
