Cut the pay for all politicians to the federal minimum wage

One of the things that angers a lot of my fellow americans is the fact that our elected officials draw enormous paycheck while the average American is getting taxed more and more. During the recent government shutdown our national monuments were shutdown while us,the taxpayers, continued to unwillingly provide and pay for our elected officials healthcare and other expenses. Our tax dollars were used to bailout private companies without allowing us to vote on the matter. I am petitioning to get every politician from obama down to state representatives pay dropped down to federal minimum wage scales and to force them to buy into obamacare just like tye average american must.
